Feeling really good today! Very much in control and in the right head space. I’m going with “slow and steady wins the race”. I need to be consistent with my weight loss and also enjoy this journey! It’s not a sprint its a marathon!

If I constantly look at dates of when I’ll reach my “goal weight” I’ll never get there. Being accountable is so important.
