Half a pound down from last week. It is very slow but steady for me. Compared to others it takes forever for me to lose weight. But very fast to gain it! Groan. I try hard to focus on the small improvements because at this rate it will take me 7 months to get to goal! But you know what I am fine with that. I feel great and know I am doing the very best thing for my health. 69.5 pounds lost so far. Started a year ago.
