I always lift a good 1.5 hours and I was pretty active otherwise. I am almost never sitting still at home for more than 5 minutes, lol! I have a standing desk. I do push-ups or pullups throughout the day haha. But that is fine, I am still trying to lean up. Just surprised the crazy amount of carbs/sodium is allowing continuous scales losses. Maybe still coming down from my 6k Thanksgiving feast hahaha

I also assume that while in the gym you're not one of those guys who is standing around 'gabbing the whole time' and when he is lifting he is not 'grunting' at all :)

All business in the gym! :) I also, try to keep the grunting to a bare minimum, don't want to gymtimidate. Plus, I find it annoying when others do it too much. Once in a while on a particularly tough set, ok. But on every rep? No thanks, lol
