Yep! Been there but plateau’s and weight loss stalling out is a normal function of our body get more efficient at burning calories. As I understand it anyway. Read it somewhere I think.... I haven’t done it in a while and have not needed to but I know my body cam live on 1000 cal a day and be just fine. KETO works well !
