I'm back to where I was two weeks ago. I've been watching calories and drinking at least 6 bottles of water a day. 16.9 Oz bottles. I cut my diet Mt dew to one bottle a day which is also a 16.9 0z so hoping that will help me to keep losing. I'm going to push water all weekend too so maybe it will help with the extra calories I always consume on the weekends.
