There she is! My 3 lb, 2 days after cheat day weight in.

Must have been dehydration, and I felt it yesterday. It has been wicked windy here too, so no bike riding yesterday.

I did get to ride today, and it was still windy, but I took advantage and did a personal best from house to port. 8 miles in 25 minutes!

Had a flat when I went to the shed for bike, so I had flat phobia again. Hopefully it was just my impatience last time and a valve problem. If not, I will fix it later. It held up on the ride, and I have a spare tube and a patch kit, and know how to use em.

Anyway, off to do whatever. I dont know what, and it feels good! lol
