Diario di Fledgist, 24 set 12

Up slightly after a month. A pretty small fluctuation. This is about as steady state as it gets. I'm hoping that I'm stabilising at this weight (or close to it). I should get back to regular exercise.

However, I've just had some health news that is not so good. Not confirmed yet, I have to get some bloodwork done. It's seriously annoying.
