Your body may just be shifting things around. Three days isn't much of a "stall" in weight loss. Also, when your weight is up, you need more calories to sustain basic functions (the "basal metabolic rate"). The closer you get to your goal (the less you weigh), the lower your BMR. So, an adjustment to a slightly lower calorie-and-carbohydrate level combined with increased activity can help you move off a "stall."
