🤷🏻‍♀️ I don't know what this means anymore really. Am I trying to gain weight or lose weight? I have no idea honestly... I just want to decrease my body fat percentage 😩

Exactly. The scale isn't a good judge. Better to use a measuring tape...but, even then that isn't the best, because muscle will increase your overall size after a certain point. I would get one of those electrical impedance scales...it measures your body fat.
