I did it! I finally weighed myself and to my surprise I actually lost some. I fully expected to get on the scale and be 5-10 lbs heavier.
Yeah me, and now I can move on and try to get better at running and maybe even losing some more weight.
Good motivation. Bad thing is I don't have time to run this morning but maybe I can remember ( and have the will power ) to do some tonight.
64,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 7,3 kg.    Rimanenti: 3,6 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,2 kg a Settimana
