Finally got rid of the holiday pudge, well mostly. Still need to lose about 1/2 lb for it to be completely gone. Got in my juice fast/cleanse yesterday. I've been enjoying those since starting in January. I even made it through sitting at a restaurant and not eating while everyone else ate something. Plus bowling, yoga and a hike. It was an active day for a cleanse/fasting day. This morning I made a huge tofu scramble for my hubby and I to have as breakfast. Delish and I was HUNGRY. Happy Monday my FS friends.
