Down a bit today to a good zone.

Resting me legs this week from the bike. I may do some walking the next few days, and I may not! I dont know about these rest weeks, but after riding this weekend, my legs were spent!

Yesterday was homework day, and studied math all day. It is fun on Khan Academy. I need to get crackin' on it.

Did good on eating yesterday, no candy, sensible lunch and breakfast.

Keep pushing buddy...one of us needs to hit 200lbs by Halloween...and I'm pretty sure it won't be me...gained 3.5lbs...damn!! Later.

Thanks Guys, I will try Madjak! this is a hard plateau to break through, plus all the candy around, grr!
