Hit my initial goal of 165 and have stayed below that consistently. Set a new goal of 160 with a reduced body fat percentage -8.2% and a higher muscle mass percentage +8.4%. To that end ran 5 km today and lifted for an hour. Plan to do that 2 days out of 3. Do yoga on the 3rd day.
