167 and staying steady. (Day 10 Summer Challenge) Weighting to weigh in for the end of the month in hopes the number would go down but it remains the same. This month their was a HOLE in my daily food tracking journal which indicates the time I took off from the everyday to vacation and go camping. I ate right along side everyone else and participated in roasting marshmallows, hamburgers, bacon, bisquits and gravy etc. When I came home the number went up three but came down quickly and then I went back on track and for the past 10 days am satisfied with the daily energy and program I have followed and planned for myself. Summertime has always been a challenge for me because of the barbecues, camping outings, pot-lucks, fourth of July parties and last year the icecream. (I put on the 20 pounds I worked so hard to lose) Sure, I would have preferred to lose about 10 pounds for the month of June but I am considering this month a success for maintaining my weight and am looking forward to what amazing things are coming my way this July 2010. TOWANDA!!!

Hi Mimi, lol, I corrected the entry, I went for my normal hour! 1350 calories burned, still impressive huh! TOWANDA!!!

Absolutely, sometimes just maintaining one's weight is a monumental job, and you have done it well. You could have gained the ten pounds had you not been carefully watching yourself. July will bring you more opportunities to both gain and lose weight. Keep doing your best Lisa!
