I consumed less than a 1000 calories and I wasn't hungry once. I take meds at night and they can't be on an empty stomach, so instead of a cracker I took them with a few thin slices of lean prosciutto (the dogs ate all the fat). It worked. No stomach pain and I felt good this morning. I even got an early morning workout in. Thank you to everyone for being there for me😘🙋 Have a healthy day.
