Haven’t did a journal in a while been logging my food though. Been lifting weights and seeing a big difference in muscle mass looking more lean I don’t do any cardio maybe once a week. Gained muscle weight and I am proud of myself of getting over the fear of gaining weight and doing cardio everyday.
