Went over the first week, and more over the second week. Was able to get a bead on my TDEE, which is 3099 calories per day. At that level, if I stick to 2400 calories per day, I should lose about 2.8 or 3 pounds in a fortnight.
If my TDEE is actually the higher value of 3449 (using 253.6 weight), my loss will be around 4.2 pounds.
