This yo-yoing around with high and low calorie intakes has got to stop.

And my Fiancé needs to stop being so nice; I swear it's detrimental to my weight loss. If I go over he'll say something like, it's okay tomorrow is another day, you'll be on track tomorrow." Or, "I love you no matter how you look." And sometimes I use that as an excuse to overeat... Well if he doesn't care how I look... lemme devour this whole box of Jingos! Even though I'm not even hungry, I'm just eating to eat!

I need to find new inspiration and motivation. I hate how I feel the day after I overeat like a cow. I feel gross and disgusting, even if the scale doesn't show any weight gain... I still find that extremely hard to believe....
