When I see the scale go up, my first thought it to be annoyed and discourged, then I re-frame it from "I gained 2 lbs!" to "I've only lost 118 lbs! (instead of 120)" It's hard to stay annoyed. You didn't GAIN, you just need to adjust how much you've lost, and you have lost over 55 lbs and THAT is simply AMAZING!
