There's no way it can be right. i weighed 8 times. My scales have to be broken. I've ate a lot more this week than I usually do. I tried to keep it mostly under 1000 and tried to watch macros too. My brain says there is no way I can eat that much and lose. I guess I will see with next week's weigh in
I'll try to keep calories about the same so we will see .
