Well I skipped last week’s weigh in as I had suspected a gain and just was in a bad place and didn’t want to deal with that too. This week much better place and curious on what it might be. Have been slightly more active this week and seems the sore muscles paid off in some loss. 1.7 pounds is better than gaining it, & who knows if I actually gained or not last week? Anyway going to get back on the program and start listing the food and watching the calories again beginning with today. My new battle cry: “FAT BE GONE!”
