So far so good. I tried making the pumpkin mouse last - not bad definately a good way to kick a pumpkin pie craving. Sure wish my hubby could understand how difficult lossing weight is - He is tall and thin and has never counted a calorie in his life.
75,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

Its hard for people who eat anything and don't gain an ounce. Remember, the diet is for you and no one else. So as long as you are happy with your progress, don't let anyone or anything stand in your way.

I know,I know I went through a whole "pity me" session ALL SUMMER and gained 12 lbs. Now of course I am cursing and swearing because I look like a stuffed sausage in my work clothes. I work in an office so I am required to dress up. I honestly don't know why I do this. I get fed up and slack off (and when I say slack off I mean eat whatever I want) when I know that I must keep on top of this all the time in order to maintain a healthy weight.
