Body fat recorded at 10.7% blood pressure was recorded as 123/75 pulse of 76. Not a good week due to my wife having to be taken to hospital I missed a few training sessions and my diet has been off.

Thank you both. I have been doing a LOT of comfort eating, but hopefully I have that out of my system now. My wife is home and recovering nicely. I was only planning on running a calorie deficit for 1 more week before trying to find my new maintenance levels, so hopefully Ive not sabotaged my efforts to greatly.
