Happy Halloween!
So yesterday was super fun, but also super high calorie. My fiancé and I carved a pumpkin yesterday! It was sooo cold out, but we warmed up with some apple cider flavored tea. And of course we had to toast the pumpkin seeds! I also made Pumpkin Gut Bread with the stringy innards. Everything was delicious.
And of course today is Halloween, so everyone is bringing in sweets... My body is hating this yo-yo dieting, but after Halloween I'll be good. I'll start mentally preparing myself for Thanksgiving, too...
Thanksgiving leftovers always taste great. I don't have to eat it all in one sitting. :)
