been 7 days since i recorded a loss...and so....lol...yes i had to weigh when i got to the gym after my morning walk...i always weigh when i go to the gym first thing...take off my shoes...less weight...an get on the scales....well i was shocked i was down another pound...304...even got off the scales an weighed again just to make sure...still got same reading...so went up front ...signed in...an did 2x25 min hi intensity workouts one on the bike, the other on the treadmill...went bck an weighed in one more time...lol...yeap its official...lost another pound along my journey....sometimes i feel like that little engine but instead of i think i can...its i kno i can i kno i can i kno i can!!!!!!!
137,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 1,4 kg.    Rimanenti: 13,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

thanks everyone for all the comments an support...i do appreciate it...just gettin bck up again ...cut grass this morning and this afternoon decided a nap would be a good payment for it..lol...

Awesome Mike! Sometimes despite our best efforts our bodies rebel - I seem to have hit a little plateau again and I just keep plugging along just like you and eventually it shows up on the scales! I'll keep peeking in on your chart to see how you are progressing! You will hear me whoop and holler when I see you dip below 300 - dusting off my crystal ball!

lol 4thehalibut....well i got to thinkin about my weight loss last night as i set out on the front porch enjoyin the breeze...and if i can keep droppin a pound a week, then id be happy with that...so if might take longer then june to get down to that 300...thats one thing about loosing the weight, you can predict how much your gonna get off from week to week....im just happy that its commin off again....
