Exploded.
Have allowed sugar to creep back into my life in a toxic way.
I am tired, I am grumpy/emotional and I’m angry at myself.
I will begin to refocus today.

I start boxing on Monday night. Hope this helps with lots of different things.
77,9 kg Perso fino ad ora: 13,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,9 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Aumentando 1,1 kg a Settimana

The first few days are the hardest but then the grumpiness goes away.

Thank you all for your support and kind words. I know that getting back off the sugar will be the hardest part... one i getting over being grrrr at myself.

Sugar is Bad. My kids said to me that I’m much happier now that I’m eating better and back at gym😂😂. Didn’t realise that I was so moody. Sorry kids.

Sugar and white carbs are my absolute enemy since I am on a medication that causes cravings for them. So abstinence is best for me!
