I'm stressing on gaining. I had popcorn last night to bring up my calories and my brain tells me that I might not had gained if I didn't snack. I'm still going to try and up my calories closer to 1000 this week and see what the scale says next fri. They were a little lower this week. I'm trying to maintain but my brain is telling me you don't want to gain you want to lose more lol
