the only thing i did diferent is eat a dill pickel and i am feeling so puffy i know its water weight but dang! one dill spear shouldn't bloat me this bad! guess who wil not be eating any more pickels!

It could be the sodium that's causing it. Just up your water today and it should resolve itself.

yeah low salt today and an extra glass but im not sure where im gonna put it lol think i might pop lol!

If it helps, it does get better. Im having a hard time with the water this week too.

well glowy i dont think it will hurt you as bad as it did me its not the carbs but the salt and with you just starting unless you usually retain you will probably need the extra salt!
