Diario di laraae, 30 mar 19

Got a new scale yesterday, one that shows BMI, fat percentage, muscle, water, and bone mass. Now if I could just remember the numbers I could record them lol. If the app was working right I could just refer to it, but it wouldn’t accept the code the scale was giving. Sent an email for support, so hopefully I’ll get everything set up soon. I also (finally) recorded my measurements the other day, too. Found a picture from 10–15 years ago when I was at my heaviest—238. Admittedly this was before I found out I had Hypothyroidism, but still, it’s not a very flattering photo. There’s a direct correlation between how I dress when I’m happier about my weight and when I’m unhappy. And the shapeless polo I’m wearing in the picture easily tells how unhappy and out of shape I was. When I get up some more courage, I’ll post it. But I’m not quite there yet. Enjoy your Saturday! 😊🎈
