Ok, so I am back to FS and will continue to journal as I did before. It is weird being back in the office after two weeks of telecommuting. I will hopefully go to the gym tomorrow and get back into gear. Just need to get myself back on the diet/workout treadmill.

I will reach my next goal and then celebrate as I head into uncharted waters.

I have another meeting now but I hope everyone out there is doing ok.

Sometimes a major disruption in your life can get a person off track from their goals and cause you to lose focus. And then add being sick to that! However, that doesn't seem to be the case for your eating, you are still doing great. I've missed your comments on my journal, though! And missed seeing the reflections you record each day. Glad to have you back.

Tostones are Plantains that are mashed into round circles and fried. They are so tasty and filling. Surprisingly packed with potassium. Plantains are big green banana like fruits that are very good either green and fried or yellow and fried (Maduros are the yellow fried version). They are a south american delicacy.
