I don’t think I’m being honest with myself about portion sizes or I would have dropped on the scale. I’m so hungry after a workouts and I probably wouldn’t know a 5oz glass of wine if it but me 🤦🏻‍♀️

Do you have a food scale? At least for what you make at home, you can get a fairly accurate read.

I do have a food scale! Just bought it to weight our pinewood derby car, who would of thought to use it for food🤦🏻‍♀️
