Same. Need to be more consistent. It's strange that on days I either don't work out or don't work out much, I tend to overeat. Psychological? Of course, for a "normal" person, it would hardly be considered overeating! :) New day.

Proud for working out today although it was so much later than I usually do. Normally I would have blown it off and decided to work out harder tomorrow. But did cardi max 1 & 2, and the Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism one and a couple added exercises for a total of about 85 min. Needed a good burn after such a short workout yesterday and eating more calories than I intended, especially for not working out much yesterday.
64,2 kg Perso fino ad ora: 15,2 kg.    Rimanenti: 7,5 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
