I got a really good workout in 😃 and then went shopping. I figure I should knock myself out of ketosis so I won’t feel sick tomorrow 😜 I just had an egg white omelette and a clementine!

But! I ate under 1800 cals, got a full body workout with cardio, and I even drank 8 glasses of water! I usually only drink 4-5!
