I feel great! down some pounds let's just continue...this where I F--- It up..start to loose think i'm ok and I can eat what ever I want and hell no you can't this is the time for me to start the rest of my life!!!! Thanx for listening!!!

It gets easier, trust in that. Make it as creative and fun as possible. Isn't this F.S. cool. I used to spend a great amount of my time figuring what I am going to eat next, and now I spend time thinking about what I am going to type:) It is really quite therapeutic and helpful to sort the real hunger from the emotional. Yep, this is for life!

i do that, too. i think...I can have ice cream today. I've already lost 10 pounds! My buddy calls it "stinkin' thinkin'"
