u know i love meat but my first month of weight loss i barely ate any.. so if u do it right i can totally see how u lose weight... but.. i love meat lol... you go girl!

Thanks Naiomy, I love meat too...but I love these new size six jeans I bought and it is time to get in them. So we will c how the rest of the week goes
