I have been doing a combination of Intermittent Fasting. And eating healthy.
And for the first time, in a long while, my wife and I are both eating healthy.
I am also using Fitbit and my goal is to use my treadmill 30 minutes every day.
150,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 12,7 kg.    Rimanenti: 64,0 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
Calando 0,8 kg a Settimana
