I have been journaling everything I eat. I have enjoyed doing this. I hope by journaling I can see where I need to improve on my eating habits.

Keeping your food diary is a wonderful tool. I tracked my calories just to see what I was eating. It was about 3000-3500 calories - it was a reaction to recovering from anorexia - no wonder I was getting so fat. I make my journal public. That way if I'm honest with the world I am honest with myself - and that's an issue when you have an eating disorder.
