I completed my first day of my new eating plan. It was super easy to do and I noticed some interesting changes, for example, I was simply not hungry much of the day. I even missed lunch and ended up having an early dinner. It looks like my weigh in was good, as well. I didn't weigh in officially yesterday so I'm using today's weigh in as my "official" start. I finished up my 45 minute hike and am now enjoying my cinnamon, almond milk decaf latte with my banana/Japanese sweet potato breakfast bowl. It's going to be a good day.
