Other wise I’ll have to try workout what about the food from yesterday.
That beef ball recipe was fairly salty and I only got 1.5litres in so the ADH could have been released to retain water to maintain blood volume

Not sure why the ketones are lower today possibly the same reason, not sure tomorrow will tell todays why’s
