I don’t know why but everytime I step on the scales lately I expect them to say 100 again.
I’ve been following my program.
I know my kidneys are using ADH to reabsorb water to restore my blood volume. I’m actually glad shark week came a bit early so I can get this water retention over and done with (I hope it’s water retention, I don’t fancy doing what they call an apple day, esp not a Granny Smith apple day)
I’m going to make Saturday’s the photo day
99,4 kg Perso fino ad ora: 5,3 kg.    Rimanenti: 19,4 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.
