Was surprised to loose during shark week.
Usually when I get to this stage of weight loss I gain it all back & then some.
Also I’m getting to the point where I have to decide if I’m going to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and stick to this new way of eating.
The bit that will trip me up will be the meal prep (usually/supposed to be done Sundays)
