Really shocked at my weight loss. I expected a gain, but was happy to see a loss. I kept going off diet and not exercising as much as I would like. Guess the little exercise I did and corrective eating paid off. (Corrective eating - If I cheated, I refuse to just throw up my hands and eat "whatever" the rest of the day. Instead, I'd say..."Okay, so you've eaten a fast food meal with your coworker for lunch...Now, suck it up and have a beautiful salad tonight or a smaller night time snack."
