I started on Mon the 12 of March,weighed 184.This is Fri the16 I weighed 182. Been doing good. I actually dont get hungry if I follow it closely. So all I have to do is stay the course. Hope I can stay with it. I had given up desserts for Lent on the 28 of Feb and had lost about 4# when I decided I needed to really get the breads out of my system.
