I'm so upset! it's only .4 but I thought I had done so good this week. I feel like either binging or cutting calories way down. . Eat what I want since I'm gaining anyways . I might as well as enjoy what I eat. I know .4 isn't much but I have gained 2.6 lbs and that can turn into alot more if I don't start losing. Even added crunches and a few more exercises but I've haven't seen where it has helped.
