So result of cheese was a 100g gain but I’m still calling that a non scale victory because if I’d taken the chocolate crave option I would have eaten more of it and that would have knocked me out of ketosis, but here I am actually ok with my extra 100g because my ketones are still consistently sitting on 0.3mmol.

I also had my last coffee this morning. I’ve been off n on with coffee this exam season but I’m reconnecting to my desire to have a baby so I need to drop all the inflammatory diet item.
