Had to re-enter the weight since I hit the wrong number this morning. What a whoosh! This is my biggest drop since I started in January. I was wondering if this would happen b/c I’ve kind of stalled since the beginning of June. But I’m walking the dogs every day and working out in the weight room every other day. And I know I haven’t seen the 160’s this century—maybe in 20 years—for real! Here’s to continued working out and getting healthy! 💪🏻🎉
