Three days out of last week I had excuses that permitted me to overeat - well, over eat / drink as many of the "over" calories were beer or whiskey.

As I get closer to my goal it's becoming more difficult. That happens to everyone. On top of the fact that I'm burning fewer calories I've become complacent. I like my results. At least this weigh in wasn't a step in the wrong direction, it was just a slow step. Heck, 1.5 lbs - I'll take it.

I have some plans for this weekend...and next weekend. I may not get to play soccer in a couple of weeks. I'll have to be really focused if I'm going to make progress in August.
