So day 3 and Been told off for not eating enough calories (that’s a first) also day 3 and no alcohol !!! Was going to say that’s another first but makes me sound bad 🤣

It’s a real eye opener when you see how many calories stuff you would normally eat is.... and you would have two sometimes three and not think twice !!

It’s easy to get fat and cheaper
106,1 kg Perso fino ad ora: 3,8 kg.    Rimanenti: 17,2 kg.    Dieta seguita: Abbastanza buono.

I was same when I started using this app. I did not realise how much I was having and I was drinking wine most nights after work too. That always made me hungry too. Keep up the good work mate.

it is scary... and then you work out how much we need to eat compared to what we did eat
