Good morning ALL! Haven't checked in for awhile. Was at goal weight (135) but found that it was too low for me. Started working out to lose fat % (not weight) and gained about 10 lbs, felt great. Fast forward a few months with vacations and such and have gained 10 lbs. Have decided to start logging and checking in again
