Good morning everyone.
My official first weigh-in after I restarted my diet last week and I am down quite a bit. TO be honest, it was not too difficult but my week also worked out well. Yesterday was probably the hardest and I ended up having a grilled chicken fold-over for lunch, and it pushed my RDI that I set for myself a but into the red (not much luckily).
This week will be more challenging due to a birthday party coming up Thursday and I need to make healthy choices going into this week.

It takes time to settle into a new eating pattern and even then, my calorie limit goes over now and then. Don't be too hard on yourself because it is a long journey and some days are going to be harder than others. Happy birthday for Thursday and stick with you program 80/20 can be a good philosophy for when you are "human". I have bad days and still the weight comes down - and you have a great loss on the board. Take it and be happy, but carry on.

Hello, thank you so much for the words of wisdom and encouragement. Luckily not my birthday Thursday, but will be attending a birthday party. Otherwise I would have not been so hard on myself to keep in check. But it's so true what you say - we need to remember we are human.
